If you are a regular cyclist, getting your bike to fit you is crucial for maintaining comfort and performance on your ride and reducing potential muscle and joint pain. Small adjustments to the position on the bike can be the difference between overloading structures in the knees, back, neck and shoulders. If you are a regular cyclist, performance and comfort cannot be achieved without a bike fit to your individual body shape and biomechanics.
