Fun, challenging core strength class specifically for Teens – Learn how to properly engage your core to improve strength and prevent injuries in the busy active lifestyle of our local teenagers. These classes are suitable for rowers, footballers, netballers & athletes who want to get an edge on their opposition or for those teens that simply need to improve posture, coordination and concentration in today’s digital world.
