Whether you’re recovering from an injury, suffer from chronic back pain or just want to stay in the best health and fitness possible, our Pilates sessions can be tailored to your needs. All sessions are led by a physiotherapist with qualifications in Clinical Pilates, ensuring you are in a safe, expertly-monitored environment.
If you are interested in joining a class, we ask that you first organise an individual appointment with one of our physiotherapists to assess your suitability for which level you would benefit from the most.

In 2018 Mosman Physio expand into a studio specifically designed to run all our classes, directly below us in Shop 5. A space dedicated to classes, free from distractions and equipped with a custom built system for equipment and apparatus, you will now find more variety with what we can offer to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
