Sponsoring our local clubs Mosman Football Club and Mosman Swans Junior AFL, we offer classes specific to your sports code.

Our physios have designed an evidence based progressive strength program to build your pre-season conditioning allowing you to be at your peak fitness for when the season starts – giving you more time on the field, and less time on the bench due to injury. These classes can be run at a time to suit your team – register your interest with our reception.
