Strength & Balance for Seniors
Designed to maintain and improve balance, strength and functional movement as you actively age into your senior years. Having good physical balance means we stay in greater control of our movements and this is vital in preventing falls and injury. You will practice functional exercises that are based around Clinical Pilates concepts of core recruitment. Each week will incorporate a different piece of small equipment like TheraBand or hand weights to further challenge your coordination and strength. These classes are non-competitive and whole lot of fun, and will no doubt improve your overall well-being.
