Susanna has over 20 years experience in private practice and, having had 2 children herself, knows the importance of pre and post natal education. She uses this personal experience and her Clinical Pilates and physiotherapy theoretical knowledge to educate women about exercise and strength during and after their pregnancy, including postural and positioning advice for breastfeeding to reduce strain and injury to the neck and thoracic spine. She teaches Clinical Pilates classes to suit all fitness levels for both men and women. A great adjunct to her Clinical Pilates education is the use of Real Time Ultrasound to assess and train the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles correctly. She is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor.
